Pork Fresh Cuts

Our primary objective, from the very beginning, was to provide an alternative to Ethiopian food culture, and act as a healthy substitute for the consumers. We believe that eating should be more than just "consuming" meat, it should be a delicious and satisfying experience. We aim to provide the consumers with this experience.

Pork Topside
Pork topside is a cut derived from the leg set. It is best cooked when cut into steaks pan fried as well as cooked as a roast.

Pork Loin
Pork Loin is a cut of meat from the pig that is created from the tissue running along the top of the rib cage.

Pork Chops
Meat cut perpendicularly to the spine of the pig and usually contains ribs. Often suited for roasting grilling and frying.

Pork Spare Ribs
Cut from the ends of baby backs down the side of the hog running all the way to the end of the breast bone.

Pork Knuckles
Pork knuckles are the joints where the pig’s foot meets it’s leg. It is not quite the foot or the ankle but the shank end of the leg bone.

Pork Back Leg
The meat from this part of the leg is usually made into ham; whole leg is excellent for roasting. Can be bone in or boneless.
